In the 1920’s, when a Bloomington family wanted a quality carpenter, there was one name that was always recommended: Henry Wininger. Henry built a reputation around his immense skills and attention to detail. He was also known for his honesty, hard work and the quality of his designs in construction.

In the 1950’s, Henry’s son Tim joined him. In addition to learning the skills of craftsmanship, Tim learned the values of doing a job right and building for generations to follow. Like his father before him, Tim’s son, Tim Jr. joined his father and continued the family tradition.

Now, three generations of Winingers have built a reputation for quality and pride of superior craftsmanship. Together, they have built some of Bloomington’s finest homes. Their success also included the development of luxury apartments and condominiums.

Partner Eric Stolberg brings twenty years of experience in marketing, financing and developing residential communities. Eric, in partnership with Tim and Tim Jr. has developed some of Bloomington’s finest residential projects including Quail Ridge Condominiums, The Village of Windermere Woods, The Stands, Coppertree at The Stands, The Village of Saint Remy and the neighborhoods of Winslow Farm.
