2/4/10 YEAR BUILDERS WARRANTY
A Wininger/Stolberg Home is covered by a Limited 2/4 Year Warranty and a 10 Year Warranty which transfers to each successor of title for its remaining term. The beginning of the warranty period commenced on the settlement date of the first owners. More details.
